Hi,

im experiencing issues with transfering data from RTU955 and RMS system.

In the router GUI I can see everything - all data. But from some reason I don't see the same data in RMS
See picture below.

Do you have any idea why is that happening ?

Hi,

Please, attach a troubleshoot file from your RUT955 device to your question. The file can be downloaded from System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot page.

Hi,

Is the monitoring update period configured? In RMS navigate to Management -> Devices page, select the device -> Management -> Set monitoring update period. The device should have Dynamic monitoring enabled to see the mobile signal. You can then select the device -> Management -> Update device information. This will update the device information.
