Hi all,

I'm currently encountering a problem with an IPSEC connection. In the setup, the RUT950 tries to initiate an IPSEC VPN connection to a Vasco Gatekeeper firewall. The problem is the PeerID. The Vasco firewall (not managed by us) expects a certain peerid, which is configured via the webinterface.

However, when I look in the ipsec config via SSH, this is changed to "@@teinbalen".

When I change this manually via "vi" to "teinbalen" the VPN does work. The problem is that after each reboot, the config is rewritten. The value changes back to "@@teinbalen" automatically. Is there any way to persist this change?

Kind regards,
Stijn

Hi,

Please try to reinstall router firmware to latest release:

https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT9xx_Firmware

DO NOT keep settings when upgrading!
