We have a RUT950 that runs on a timeoout when uploading latest firmware 07.02.7 from RMS. Updating from local WebUI also gives error and it reboots without FW beeing updated. We have done factory reset, but it doesn't help.
Existing FW is 07.01.1, and we have tried with all FW's newer than 07.01.1, but it's the same.

Are you able to see something in attached file?

Hello,

Could you try firmware update via bootloader menu, as instructed here?

Be aware, that as described in Bootloader menu section, the firmware version you can update to with this method relies on the look of the web interface. Thus, if latest legacy version is the last firmware version you can update to, you will have to update to RutOS afterwards.

Best regards,

Ah... the router is on the other side of the country, so I'm not able to press RESET button from where I'm sitting. Have to wait until next site visit then. Did you see any particular reason in the troubleshoot file?

Unfortunately, troubleshoot file does not indicate anything that could prevent firmware update.
