Hello, 

I have many teltonika TRB245 devices and I have a problem with them. 

In our project we assumed that the modem needs RS485 with a speed of 1Mb. Therefore the choice fell on the trb245.

However, TRB245 is not able to pull more than 250kb on RS485.

Depending on the RS485 transceiver chip used in TRB245, it should support up to either 10 or 20Mbps data rates. However, there are certain conditions.

What are the transmission line lengths in your application, as there is an inverse relationship between data rate and distance?

Are you using line terminations?

How do you measure speeds?
