I have a new RUTX11 with the latest FW RUTX_R_00.07.02.7

A D1 SIM is in slot 1 and one from D2 in slot 2, WAN via WLAN. Everything works fine.

If I switch off the router, I have the problem that the router no longer has any mobile access after the restart. I get the error message

"SIM 1 (not inserted)"

If I log in and switch to SIM 2 manually, it establishes a connection. If I then switch back, SIM 1 is also online again. All good as long as the router stays powered.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues!

Could you please replicate the issue, and generate a Troubleshoot file by navigating to System → Administration → Troubleshoot?
Then attach it to your original post. It will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.

Also, how are you switching between SIMs? Are you changing the default SIM / using SMS messages, etc.?

Awaiting your response!

Best regards,
