I cannot reach the web ui. My router is 192.168.1.1 and I keep getting errorcode "INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND" in the webbrowser.

I've tried both https and http. I've tried internal IP and external IP. This was working before but now some how I can't access the web ui.

All settings and portforwarding is working.

Using Putty I'm able to connect to the device.

Hardware: RUT950 updated firmware one month ago

Hello,

If you reboot the router are you also unable to connect to the routers WebUI ?

Hi,

I'm not at site, but using remote desktop to a computer connected to the router and Putty I've rebooted the router.

Still no success in reaching the webui.

Thank you

SSH to the device, run the below command and post the output here:

ps | grep httpd
by
The output form that command:

root@Teltonika-RUT950:~# ps | grep httpd

 2064 root      2080 S    /usr/sbin/uhttpd -f -h /www -r Teltonika-RUT950.com

28895 root      1384 S    grep httpd
by anonymous

My output a bit different:

root@Teltonika:~# ps | grep httpd

 1767 root      1564 S    /usr/sbin/uhttpd -f -h /www -r Teltonika -x /cgi-bin -t 60 -T 30 -A 1 -n 3 -R -p 0.0.0.0:80 -C /etc/uhttpd.crt -K /etc/uhttpd.key -s 0.0.0.0:443

19781 root      1512 S    grep httpd

root@Teltonika:~#

Something is wrong with the httpd process or something here. l know basic Linux, so better ask developers

Is your "uci show | grep http" output similar?:

root@Teltonika:~# uci show | grep http

Hello,

Any updates? Were you able to resolve the issue? If not, could you provide an update for the situation?

Maybe a firmware upgrade may help. You can download the latest version from here.

I did a factory reset and that solved the problem. But obviously then I had to reconfigure the router.
