Dear Team,

When I compare rutx12 with rutx14

line 'SIM switch' shows 'Planned' for RUTX12. Is it really thruth ?

According to Rutx12 description, sim switch works.

Is there any difference vs rutx14 or rutx50 ?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Teltonika Networks Crowd support community.

RUTX12 has 2 LTE modules which means both SIM cards are active and operational at the same time. Therefore, it doesn't make sense when both SIM cards are active at once to have SIM switch. That's why there's no more option like that.  In this case Failover can be used.

The major difference between RUTX12 and RUTX14 is that RUTX12 has two cat6 LTE modules while RUTX14 has one cat12 LTE module. Thus, RUTX14 has the SIM switch feature since it has one LTE module.

On the other hand, RUTX50 is a 5G CAT20 router which supports Ultra-high cellular speeds of up to 3.3 Gbps, it is also backward compatible with 4G (LTE CAT 20) and 3G network technologies.

Kind regards,

Shadrack.
