RUT240 DISPLAYING BLANK SERIAL NUMBER AND MAC ADDRESS

After a restart, the RUT240 no longer let me enter the configuration page, I can only enter the username and password, then a white window appears.

I performed the reset procedure, I also tried to update the firmware with the latest version and also the legacy version but I always get the same result. Wifi has renamed itself to UNKNOW_0000.

I was only able to log in via SSH but I don't know what needs to be done to get it working again.

Hello,

What firmware version did you have installed, when the issue happened?

Do you remember, what did you do, before device restart?

Could you send your device's serial number in a private message?

We would need to arrange a remote via AnyDesk to restore router's data.
