Hello,

Could you provide more details on the matter, when/where are those errors shown?

Did you update firmware with Keep settings option enabled?

Have you tried to reset your device to factory defaults and reconfigure again?

Could you provide screenshots or logs with the errors?

Does it occur with specific certificates or any uploaded certificates?

Best regards,

Hello,

I set up the OpenVPN after fw update (factory resetted device), but I tested it to be working earlier with older fw.

With older crt.-files this works. I can not see difference in file formats.

Then I tried to add certificates via (WebUI) Administration>>Certificates>>Certificates Manager>>Browse. First time it shows same error, but second time it shows that "file already exists", but in OpenVPN setup, I can not see these files.

The end of the system log shows any reason (?):

Do the files upload from your PC when Certificate files from device option is not set? Or is this when you get the unexpected error?

Would it be possible to get some modified or dummy versions of the certificates, causing issues for testing and troubleshooting? Could you send them in a private message?

The log details you have written do not provide any information in regards to the issue, thus I would also like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. The logs in the file may provide more details into possible causes of the issue.
