Devices have different chipsets, thus the difference in firmware branches.
To begin troubleshooting, I would like you to send me the following:
- Troubleshoot file from working RUT device after successful IPsec tunnel establishment.
- Troubleshot file from the other RUT device after IPsec is configured, yet the device fails to establish connectivity to Fortigate.
To generate the file, access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
