Hi All,

After FW upgrade in my RUTX09 i do not have leds SIM1, SIM2, ETH, 2G, 3G, 4G, Signal strenght

Only PWR led blinking (in green) and LANs leds working. 

I made FW upgrade via bootloader procedure. Addtional problem which appear: i can not restore to factory settings.

Internal modem firmware version

EG06ELAR04A04M4G

Kernel version

5.4.221

SN: 1102494267

Router is working, i can log in, i have mobile connection.

Thx in advance for any support. I am starting to give up with this router :(

Hi,

From what version did you update to 7.03? Did you update via bootloader because you had issues?

Could you try to reinstall the firmware via bootloader again, but install the RUTX_R_00.07.02.7 firmware version and see if thats any better? Then, if you want, you can try to update to the latest version with 'keep settings' option turned 'off'.
