Hi, I had 14 RUT240 connected to RMS, but just a couple of days ago two went off-line.

In my network monitoring I can see that those two routers are functioning fine. So they are just not communicating with RMS. Both have valid licenses.

How can this be resolved?

Hi,

Make sure routers running on the latest firmware (https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT2xx_Firmware).

If they does, go to System -> Administration -> RMS window in router's WebUI and press "Connect", it should initiate connection to RMS and allow devices to connect to RMS if monitoring is turned on in RMS for devices.

the fw version is RUT2XX_R_00.01.04.1, I cannot update it as the router is off-line.

The WebUI is not available to click on, again because the router is off-line.

Can you please advise what can be done short of driving 400km to the site where it is installed?
