Hi

Running FW ver.: RUT9XX_R_00.06.02    -77dBm

Our mobile connection keeps re-registering to the network for no reason.  We are getting a data connection for 2-5mins at a time.  This has only started happening on a few modems that are running the new firmware.

any ideas on how to stop it?

Hi,

If you could, please send to me (private message) troubleshoot package from router when issue is appeared. Before downloading troubleshoot package, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot -> Enable "Include PPPD information" and save settings. When issue appears wait 5-10 minutes and then download a troubleshoot package.
