We have several RUT955 with wifi client/mobile failover (wifi metric 1, mobile metric 2).
This worked with RUT9_R_00.07.02.7 and before, but does not work with RUT9_R_00.07.03 / RUT9_R_00.07.03.1 anymore.

After a reboot the wifi client does not connect anymore. if i do a "/etc/init.d/network restart" (SSH or CLI in WebUI) it works again - but only until the next reboot.

i attached two troubleshoot files. one with the error and one after "network restart" without the error.

Hello,

This is a known issue.

RnD is working on a solution at the moment, but it is planned to be included only in 7.4 firmware release.

Otherwise, suggest to revert to a working firmware version for a while, if that does not create any inconveniences to you.

Alternatively, you could include /etc/init.d/network restart in the startup script in System -> Custom scripts section, to try to automate the service restarts.

Best regards,

Hello,

thanks for the quick reply. we already included "/etc/init.d/network restart" in System -> Custom scripts section on upgraded devices and upgraded only a few devices until now. is there any ETA for 7.4 ?

Currently it is the second half of February, however, it is not concrete and may be pushed further, depending on how development and testing goes.
