Hi,

I setup a RUT955 last month with remote access to devices connected, it has all been working fine on both SSH and HTTP and it's has been setting up the necessary keys properly and worked fine for the set period (~30min)

Today I tried to connect to one of the remote devices (same way I used to do when it worked) but RMS throws me an exception

Pressing Generate as I normally do to get access (See image)

Gives me this issue:

Unkown action. [reverse_ssh/1.1]

Tried searching google and community with no success, and I have not changed anything since last time it worked. I have added RMS-credits and it's been working in the new credit-period.

Any pointers on what it could be and how to continue trouble shooting?

Hello,

The issue might have occurred due to migration to a new RMS design.

Could you try refreshing the links or generating new ones?

Apologies for the inconveniences.

Best regards,

It worked now without actually doing anything, just generated a new session.

Thank you,

We are having issues adding new devices and connecting to existing one's,  @Teltonika Support Teams can you confirm if there is any problem with the rms cloud?

Regards.
