Dear all,

I have provisioned a new account without deleting my old account or the Teltonika ID associate with it. However, I still have existing RUT devices associated with the old account that I cant provision on my new RMS ID.

Can please someone assist here?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

If you have SSH access to the devices and valid credits in RMS, you can execute the following command to unregister the device from RMS:

  • uci set rms_connect_mqtt.rms_connect_mqtt.remove_from_system=1 && uci commit && /etc/init.d/rms_connect restart

Otherwise, it is possible to remove MFA authentication, but before that, more details are needed to determine that the account is yours, thus, I would like you to provide answers to at least some of the following questions:

How many devices (roughly) are registered to your RMS account?
Do you know any of the serial numbers of these devices? Please write them.
When was the approximate last time, when you successfully connected to this RMS account?
What were the last actions, you did on your RMS account?
What is the company ID and Email address associated with the account?

Send those answers to me in a private message.

Best regards,
