RUT240 PLC connection no working!

I am having trouble with my RUT240. I set it up on the RMS VPN hub using the IP (192.168.100.2)and mask (255.255.255.0) that you use in the Youtube tutorial, but when I try use my own IP and mask it will not work. We have tried 2 different network subnets with no success. Seems to only work on the 192.168.100.x subnet. I am trying to configure it for 10.1.1.x with 255.255.255.0 mask. Any help would be appreciated!

Yes I have added the LAN IP of the RUT as the PLC's gateway address.

Hi,

Tried with 10.1.1.0/24 network and it works. I was able to ping my PC on the 10.1.1.0/24 network. Try to set route in RMS as per image (IP 10.1.1.0, netmask 255.255.255.0, via <your device>). LAN forwarding 'ON'. 

You can also try to delete your VPN Hub and create a new one.
