Question

Is anyone else having problems getting RUT955 to update firmware from Server.   I have tried 6 devices so far and none will connect to the server.

These six devices are all currently on different firmware, running different sims, and in different areas of the United Kingdom.

Which firmware are you currently using exactly?

Have you attempted update with a file?

Could you write one of the device's product code?
