Hello,

We have a TRB140 gateway connected to a siemnes plc with rms remote access.

We have configured sending data from plc to trb with modbus protocol.

all configuration and programming on plc has been tested successfully.

We have done the confuguration of data to server on trb according to the documentation.

We are using an Aws lambda function as host,

A screenshot of the config is attached.

We recieve a null body.

So we tested that the plc is sending data every half a second, but we recieve null data on the host.

Can you tell us where we should look or what are we missing in the configuration please?

Note that the modbus slave is well configured on port 502

Hello,

Did you actually enter values in JSON field? The value provided is only a transparent example of how the string to be sent should be formulated, but not actually valid entry. It has to be entered manually. 

Otherwise, could you attach a troubleshoot file to your question? Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. The logs in the file might provide more insight into the issue.
