Hi. How can I troubleshoot the following symptoms? Symptoms:

STEP 1

TRB140 with FW 7.03.2 > System > Backup > Backup Configuration > [DOWNLOAD].

Step 2:

Now on the SAME DEVICE (not a different unit) go to > System > Backup > Restore Configuration > [Browse to file I just created in step1] > Error: Title "INVALID BAKCUP", error message: "Incompatible backup file selected, please choose another file."

4 x files attached: troubleshoot file, system log, kernel log, backup file

Any ideas how to understand WHY the error message is being displaced is appreciated...

Thanks,

Virgil

Case can be closed: this is ENTIRELY my fault...I missed the ".tar." from the filename! So sorry.
