Hi,

from what I read on different topics, it is possible to add Docker to the router's firmware (but the link had expired). I plan to copy firmware with Docker on the flash drive and use it as a base configuration for many RUTX09 and RUTXR1 devices.

I tried to use SDK in order to add Docker, but I was unable to do that.

Thank you in advance,
Patryk

Hello,

I've reached out to our developers about the possibility to compile RutOS with the needed kernel packages for RutOS v7.3.

I'll let you know once I have some information regarding this matter.

Hello,

Yes, unfortunately, our RnD department has decided not to proceed with Docker, as RUTX hardware simply is not powerful enough, and even if you do get it running, there are a lot of limitations that need to be overcome. So unfortunately there will most not be any future Docker releases. I'll contact you via a private message regarding an older release with docker installed.
