Just setting up RUT950 and I am looking to implement conditional dns forwarding.

i.e. if something.example.local is queried its DNS query should goto a specific DNS Server - rest of them should forward to the WAN default DNS servers.

Also when I test the SEND SMS feature I receive a time out and I see the Mobile interface is reset.

Hi,

router do not have such feature.

But router firmware is based on OpenWRT, so you could try to search such details in OpenWRT forums.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I found the OpenWRT config for DNS Forwarding here (scroll down to DNS Forwarding section)

https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/base-system/dhcp_configuration

How can I implement this in RUT950?

As I mentioned, router do not have such feature and we do not have instructions how to do this.

But you have full root access to router, so you can try according your provided instructions.
