Question

Hi! Since 4 days I have had a problem of connection to internet with my RUTX11. The WiFi works but no connection and impossible to connect to http://192.168.1.1/ Sometimes it goes through for some minutes and it suddenly stops... Hopefully I have another solution to work.
Is there any problem? Even with another internet connection, it is impossible to go the the http://192.168.1.1/ Google says that it takes too long to reach this website.

Hello,

Have you tried a different browser, private mode, clearing cache?

Have you tried SSH access (instructions)?

Have you made any changes within device configuration or have you updated firmware with Keep settings recently?

Could you reset your device to factory default settings by pressing reset button and holding it for ~ 14 seconds and see if you regain access?
