Question

Following a firmware update, rutx11 got back online but my clients using 2.4ghz wifi are not connected to the internet.

I kept the settings when doing the update.

Please help.

Hello,

Could you detail the firmware versions you had before and which version did you update to?

Could you try device reset to default settings and see if that helps?

If that is not possible, could you download a troubleshoot file and attach it by editing your question?

I had 00.02.06.1 and updated to very last one : 00.07.03.3

The issue is likely due update with Keep settings. 

The difference between firmwares is quite significant, as there were many major changes, updates and inclusions of new features in between.  

Device reset is the best option to proceed.

Ok. I've just solved the problem... Client had a powerline adapter with same SSID that did not connect correctly after the update. So there was two identical SSID, one with internet, the other without internet... Problem solved. Thanks !
