I assume the troubleshoot file was generated via SSH.
Have you tried using browser's private mode, a different browser or clearing the cache?
Could you reset the device with the following CLI/SSH with commands:
You could try downloading the latest firmware (here) for your device, upload it using WinSCP to router's /tmp directory and perform update with the command below:
- sysupgrade /tmp/TRB1_R_00.07.03.2_WEBUI.bin
Also, does your computer actually get internet access, because the troubleshoot file shows that device was not registered to any operator and was disconnected at the time the file was generated?
