I'm trying to register a new device. I'm getting this error message
Device with serial xx from entry number 1 already exists.

Could you help.

Hello,

  

I would like you to send me the serial number of the device, as well as a photo of the device backplate with all of the data visible via a private message. This is needed for verification of ownership of the device. Thank you.
