Question

Hello folks,

actually I‘m using a RUTX11 in my camper van with external antenna and know I ordered a RUTX50. I just want to switch the hardware; existent power cable and antenna should fit. Now the question:

Is it possible to save the configuration from my RUTX11 and load it into the new RUTX50?

That would save me hours of manual configuration as I configured a lot in my RUTX11…

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Teltonika Networks Crowd support community.

RUTX11 and RUTX50 are two different devices, thus the configurations in RUTX11 will not work in RUTX50.

Only configuration file from identical device with same or lower firmware version can be uploaded to RUTX50.

So you will have to configure RUTX50. It will be time consuming but its worthy it.
