RUTX50 doesn't show signal strength in 5G SA mode

Hi,
I am using the RUTX50 in a 5G n77band standalone private network.

The web GUI signal strength bars show an error symbol (red circle with diagonal line through it).  

Under "status/network/mobile" the signal strength is reported as N/A.   

Also the signal strength graph under "status/realtime data/ mobile signal" shows -120dBm whilst the router is connected and transmitting successfully and the gNB reports a good SNR of 28dB. I guess -120dBm means no signal.

I have updated the firmware to 7.03.4.  Troubleshooting file is attached.

Has anyone seen a solution to this?

Hello,

There are known issues in current firmware versions with 5G connection details representation. They are set to be resolved with 7.4 firmware release.
