Hi, everyone! I need some help: when I use Teamviewer to connect to a remote computer, the connection is disconnected. While searching for information about possible causes, I came across an article about teamviewer timeout which talks about the limits in the free version of Teamviewer.

I've been using it quite often lately, but I still want to know what kind of limit it is, how long I can use the application. And how to check how much I have already used. If anyone knows, I would be grateful for your help!

Hello,

It is not a known issue.

Could you provide more details about your device/firmware/configuration.

Are Teamviewer disconnects followed by general connectivity issues from the device?

Do the disconnects happen after some specific time or are rather random?

Preferably a troubleshoot file, generated after disconnection, might provide more insight. To generate the file, access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. Attach the file by editing your question.

Best regards,
