RUT955 - Error during firmware update

I have sent an update via web-IU.

After the update, the device no longer works. Only the WLAN indicator flashes.  COM interface does not work and ip also works.

Could you clarify this part "COM interface does not work and ip also works."

Also, could you try performing device recovery, by uploading the firmware via bootloader menu? For instructions, please refer here.
