I have some older devices that have been offline for a while - in transit to remote places. Now they are back and I tried to enable service in RMS but the options to do so are greyed out. We have plenty of spare credits in our account so it shouldn't be that. Attached is a screen shot.

Anyone come across this before?

I've been facing exact same issue on multiple routers.

In order to investigate further, I would like you to provide additional details: your RMS company ID and serial numbers of the devices.
