I updated a RUT240 from RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.6 to the new FW RUT2_R_00.07.04. Since then, the device is nighter more available via RMS nor anymore via OpenVPN (but still answers to SMS). An other RUT9XX (which was not in RMS until now) also disapeared from OpenVPN when I updated from RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.2 to RUT9_R_00.07.04 with "keep all settings".

Is this a known Issue with R_00.07.04?

Hello,

The issue might have occurred due to updating with Keep settings. There is a huge gap of various developments, reworks, updates and new features in between.

I would suggest to reset your devices to factory defaults. If issues persist, attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. The logs in the file might provide more insight into the issue.
