I can not connect with this RUT240 from RMS but it is sending data. It has activated the monitoring. what can I do to connect?

Hello,

Could you provide more details:

  • Is the device shown as offline in RMS?
  • Do you receive any error messages, when connecting to the device?
  • Could you provide a serial number of the device in a private message?
