This link is shared with partners to monitor a heating installation PLC using a RUT950.

The time out is set to several years so it should stay active.

But it needs to be reconnected daily.

How can I fix this so it stays active?

Hello,

For this one, may I request a screenshot from your RMS showing the duration of WEBUI Link? Also, I recommend upgrading to the latest firmware. If issue persists, kindly let me know.

Counter is now downcounting from 17000 hrs

In the meanwhile I updated the firmware.

I didn't notice but the 'duration until' is only up to 30'...

Any modification here is not accepted.
