I just installed a RUT950 as 4G fail-over (its between my cable modem & firewall/LAN). every second the Bytes received/sent  increases 0.1KB... what's happening?  I cant have it using up all my mobile ata just on standby.  Status screen shows mobile data as 'Disconnected'

Hi,

Go to network -> WAN -> Edit:Mobile -> Select longer "Health monitor interval" , for example to 120 sec.

I thought Health Monitor was for whatever WAN is currently Active? Why is it testing the inactive Backup WAN?

description on the Mobile page says... "Timing and other parameters will indicate how and when it will be determined that your conventional connection has gone down."

... I took "Conventional" to mean... "Active" or "Main" where my Mobile is config'd as Backup
