Question

Hi everyone.

I have a RUT240 with APN, I have communication between LAN and WAN but when I enter a LAN device from WAN, I can see it but I cannot download information from that device.

It appears to me that the communication has been lost, what can it be?

Hi,

Could you please explain your case a bit more? How are you accessing your LAN devices and from where? Are you using a public IP of your router or do you have a VPN configured? What do you mean by saying you can see the device but cannot download information?
