Question

When logged in with a additional/parallel SIM on the same numer the RUT950 blocks calls to my mobile because it signals it can take calls - or it does not send the signal that it can't, which is the case). It most cases it is faster than my mobil so the caller gets the busy signal. The carrier can not change the SIM configuration. So I need to change it on teh router. Many thanks for help.

Hello,

  

A few things that could be worth trying:

• Disable the VoLTE in the Network → Mobile → General;
• Disable the Automatic helper assignment in the Network → Firewall → General Settings;

WiFi calling should also be possible to disable on the Mobile phone, instructions for iPhone can be found here, and for some Android phones here.

Let me know if neither of the options help.
