RUT240 not connecting to O2 PAYG in UK on current firmware

I have just purchased an RUT240, for use with an O2 PAYG data SIM. When I first set it up, it connected to the O2 mobile network as soon as I entered the details in the setup wizard. But after upgrading to the current firmware version (RUT2XX_R_00.01.07), it remained permanently in the disconnected state. I have downgraded to version RUT2XX_R_00.01.02.3, and it works again, but I would appreciate a fix in the newer firmware. If necessary, I can upgrade again to run some diagnostics.

Hello,

Can you please send us a troubleshoot file (System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot) when issue with the FW: RUT2XX_R_00.01.07 reappears. Furthermore have you tested latest FW with other SIM cards? Or it only has issue with this one SIM card? Troubleshoot file please PM me.
