I have just bought a RUTX-11 in ebay with the SN: 1111408349, when I try to add to RMS I have an error message, below details:

"Device with 1111408349 at line 1 could not be added. Please contact support for more information."

Can you please let me know, what can be the issue?

Thank you for bringing this up.

In order for the device to be available for you in RMS, I would like you to send a photo with the device's serial and IMEI visible or upload a troubleshoot file in a private message to confirm your ownership of the device.
