URGENT

Hi all,

Our RUTX11 isn’t connecting to wifi or showing reception in bars. Following this it is showing power signal, and Ethernet power. However no lights indicating wifi connection or reception. Have removed sim, unplugged and turned off however still no fix.

There’s no number to contact teltonika

Hi,

Was it working before? What happened?

Are you able to access the WebUI of the device? If so, could you please attach a troubleshoot file to your question? Troubleshoot file can be downloaded from System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot.

In case you cannot access the WebUI, please, try to reset the device to factory settings. If this does not help, please reinstall the firmware via bootloader procedure. The instructions are available here.

Let me know if you were able to reinstall the firmware via bootloader or not. Thanks.

Hi,

The rest button isnt even working or showing any indication of working. Have also tried the comupter option.

Following this it was working fine this morning until it was unplugged and since then is no longer working.

Hi,

Are you using the original PSU that came with the device? Could you please check if the PSU is damaged? Would be great if you could try using another PSU to see if it works. Please, keep in mind the device can be powered using 9-50 VDC PSU (information here).

If the power supply unit is fine and you are unable to access the bootloader menu, it is probable that there is a hardware problem. In this situation, I recommend reaching out to your reseller or sales manager to initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA) process.
