Troubleshoot sending data to AWS

I am using a RUTX50 router. I followed the steps given by TELTONIKA. My problem is when I use the MQTT protocol to send data to the AWS IOT core, the data is listed in web inference browser on the router, but the data is not sent to AWS IOT core. 

The following document are troubleshooting file.
