I am using a RUTX50 router. I followed the steps given by TELTONIKA. My problem is when I use the MQTT protocol to send data to the AWS IOT core, the data is listed in web inference browser on the router, but the data is not sent to AWS IOT core.

One of your Data to server instances has an empty JSON format field.

Next, your MODBUS request seems to be disabled:

Please check if enabling it allows to send data to AWS.
