Hi,

I can't login to my RUT950 via external ip on the mobile interface.

I can see that I am going to the right adress by the certificate. But after that nothing happens.

I have upgraded to the latest firmware and made a restore to default settings.

Some thoughts?

Hello,

Looks like remote access works, but the certificate is not recognized by the browser. So you have to import Teltonika's Root CA into your browser. You can find the Root CA file in the System → Administration → Root CA page.

The upload process will depend on the browser you are using. From the screenshot it looks like you're using Chrome, for which you can find instructions here.
