Cannot restore Backup

I have a two RUT955.

The first router has the product designation: H7V1H0

and the second one: T7V1H0

I cannot restore a backup from the first Router to the second one. Both have the same firmware installed.

What can i do now to get the configuration on the second Router?

Hi,

Backup files can be uploaded only when taken from an identical device (identical Product code (can be checked in Status → Device))  and identical firmware.)

Has new feature: Added upload backup from lower firmware version support
