Why on firmware upgrade it does not reinstall packages like DDNS or Hotspot previously installed?

During the update procedure, the packages get wiped to avoid any version conflicts. These packages, however, get reinstalled after the update, assuming the device has an internet connection. Even if it does not have an internet connection, the packages should be reinstalled as soon as the connection is restored. To check if the package manager is accessible, navigate to Services → Package Manager → Packages.

Alternatively, the packages can be reinstalled by downloading them from the Wiki and uploading them in Services → Package Manager → Upload.
