RUT955 Firmware legacy-design

I have a RUT955 Router RUT95517B020 with FW version RUT9XX_P_00.06.03.2 but on the FW update page appears that the latest FW version is FW version: RUT9_R_00.07.03.4

I have read on the wiki page: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Firmware_Downloads this note:

FW version RU T9_R_00.07.00 and above will not be supported on legacy-design (RU T 955 *7V***) devices.

The version of my router is different from the one listed in the wiki and I don't understand if my router is outdated?

Hi,

From the order code, it appears that you have a very old device with a Huawei modem and legacy pre facelift design.

Are you sure your device is with order code 7B and not 7V? If yes, then only legacy firmware will be supported, if no, still, most likely only legacy firmware as I am not aware that Huawei modems would be supported in the non legacy firmwares
