Hi,

A colleague of mine tried to reset 2FA on my account but wasn;t able to. So we figured we'd delete my account and create a new one. However once the account has been deleted from the RMS the account still seems to exist. Is it possible for you to delete my account?

Yes, please write me a PM with the email address and the copmany id, you should see in when you click on the email address at the top right corner, I will then be able to check what went wrong in your case
