Recently bought a RUT850 and upgraded the firmware to RUT850_R_00.01.03.2.
Whit this software we get 4g connected but no no internet access on the devices connected.

The router worked before whit firmware RUT850_R_00.01.03.2 if we downgrade it only say disconnected on mobile.

Hi,

You should check whether correct mobile settings (like APN, PIN and etc.) is entered in Mobile configuration window.

Also check whether there is a good signal strength in your area.

It is also worth checking whether mobile data connection could be established with different SIM card.

At the end, it could be some configuration issue, which could be resolved quickly by resetting router to factory default.

After a lot of checking and verifying all settings we did factory reset and a re flash of the software and then we got internet
