RUT955 shows the modem blocked

Hi!Team teltonika

I have this device when crosschecking on gsm logs which found on troubleshoot file on first paragraph shows that the modem is blocked there fore please assit to know what cause it and how to unblock it

below I have attach both troubleshoot file

Hi,

looking at the device logs there seems to be some information corrupted on the device flash, I would highly recommend reflashing the device using the bootloader and trying once again to see if the issue is resolved.

Also, one more note, most likely you will need to use a legacy firmware for the restoration

I have done as you instruct but still the modem shows is blocked ,

I have some bad news then, it seems like the device has failed, most likely the flash memory
