I have problems with RMS on my RUT240

I've added it and I think i've enabled RMS, but if i reboot the unit it does not show on the RMS console as online until I plug in to the device, log on to it locally and click the "connect" button in RMS settings

Up to then it's "offline"

Am i doing something wrong with RMS set up or is there a problem

It's got worse.

I updated the firmware on the device and now it won't connect at all 

Failure  (SSL failure)
I suspect i'll just install the device and not worry about remote connecting to it

Hello,

To begin troubleshooting more details are needed. 

I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. The logs in the file might provide more insight into the issue.
